Edit Premiere sequence with Audition template

I'm editing a series of simple exercise videos. Can I "Edit in Audition" from Premiere but have Audition open/apply a saved template with my effects chain? Every video is the same number of tracks in the same order using the same effects. Maybe I'm missing something but it seems like the only way to use an Audition template is to open the template as a new session; it's not something that can be sort of switched on later.

Or maybe there is a better way to do this that I'm not aware of. Thanks in advance!
