Effect Presets - Suddenly Empty... Again

This is getting tiresome.  Back in December 2017 when Audition Updated I made a post about how after a few audio files, suddenly one of my self created Effect Presets didn't have all of it's elements in there anymore. Effect Rack Presets - Suddenly Empty

This was acknowledged as a bug, and seemed to be rectified somewhere along the line. Fast forward to April 2018, I update Audition again, and sure enough it is happening AGAIN. I submitted a bug report about this, but it is rather irritating that a Bug that was supposedly being fixed, or was fixed, is back with the next update.
