Question. Has there been or is there planned an expansion and improvement of voice generation in the Effects > Generatte > Speech path in Adobe Audition? One male and one female voice which are ridiculously robotic doesn't provide anything like a realistic mockup for a script. Just curious.
It's not an inherent Audition feature - it's based on the OS's voice generation ability, and Audition just taps into this. It's perfectly possible to add voices, but it isn't the easiest thing to do, as many have found. I think that many people have given up on it completely now, and use third-party apps for speech generation.
