Effects in Audition do not render at mixdown or at export

Question

I have tried 50,000 different ways to get the effects that I have used on tracks to render at mixdown and export. The effects just disappear at that point. I am using adobe and wavestune VST3. They work fine during playback and while mixing. I wish there were a simple APPLY EFFECTS button.

Please help... super frustrated.

Insufficient information, I'm afraid. Usually, effects that you can hear on playback only are ones on tracks that aren't being sent to the Master section of the mixer. Can you provide a screenshot of the mixer?
