No there isn't, I'm afraid - and that's entirely deliberate as it's standard industry practice not to. This way, you get to change your mind after the event, which wouldn't be possible otherwise. So Audition always records dry, and always has. If you put effects in the monitoring chain you will (depending upon your setup) be able to hear them when you record, but only as monitor effects; if you want them permanently you have to render them to the track afterwards.
