effects rack fully empty

Question

All of the effects in the effects rack that were already in the software are gone and I do not know how to get them back, even my favorites list has also disappeared.

I did nothing to the software for it to make everything I had disappear, I was legit using it like a couple of weeks ago... Please help me solve this thanks!!

Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with the effects rack. It seems like the preferences are corrupted.

Have you tried to reset the preferences? Here are the steps: Restoring the default settings for Audition CS6

Please let us know the status after testing.
