Enterprise: Audition and most apps are LOCKED suddenly

yesterday we found most of our Apps locked in our Enterprise level licence. How can we reverse this and get back to twork? Help!

 

  • we tried restarting / logout EVERYTHING
  • we ran the tool you have for fixing HOSTS

 

We can't access the Admin Comsole either!

The obvious thing to do initially is to reload/update the CC app and try again. This is the mechanism by which authentication is handled, so it's a good starting point (especially as we know this has happened before...). If that doesn't work, then you'll have to contact Adobe directly, as we have no access to any account details.

Thanks, Steve. I did CC update/ reinstall, no joy. How do I contat Adobe directly? I thought this was their help center

No, I'm afraid we're not the help centre - we're a U2U group. We're the place that the actual help center regularly sends people to when they want to get them off the line, so sometimes you have to persevere to get actual support. Most stuff we can deal with, but authentication and subscription issues are way above our pay grade - only they have access to this information. Basically we're not Adobe employees. Where do you start? Probably here.
