Error: Could not start writing file/Target directory not writable

Trying to export a file like usual and for some reason it keeps popping up with one of these 2 errors, I tried exporting a different file and it worked fine but this session won't export and also when i try to create a new multi track session it says target directory not writable.

Please help guys thank you
