The easiest way to do this is to delete the relevant folder containing the preset in the (hidden) appdata - Audition will automatically replace the folder when you re-open the application. In Windows, the path to it is C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\13.0\Presets\EssentialSound\Default\music, and it's the music folder you want to remove, not just the contents.
