Export doen't match project

Hi,

when I export my Audition-projekt (which I used to sync different audio-clips), the export does not exactly match my project.

Here I have attached an example to illustrate the problem.
Above you can see the project track, below the (reimported) export.

I would appreciate any help.

By the way: the original recording was made in 44.100 Hz the export is in 48.000 HZ
