Export from Premiere to Audition - Volume changed and "amplify" added to clips

Hi,

When i export my sequence from Premiere to Audition (latest versions of both) each clip in the time line as the effect "amplify" added with +9db, and each clips volume is raised to +9db.

Anyone knows what is going on?

Drives me nuts to change it back everytime. Is there also any way to reset every clip and not have to go in to each individual?

Still having this problem now. Removed all attributes and also went and removed all Essential Sound effects added before exporting. Adobe sure loves to make everything that's supposed to be convenient as miserable as they possibly can. Davinci Resolve is looking better and better every project.

However you look at it, this is a Premiere issue - nothing about Audition has changed in this regard, simply because it doesn't need to. Premiere has always had some issues with levels on tracks, as far as I'm aware, but although there's awareness of this it is, I think, regarded as something you can't change without introducing compatibility issues with previous projects. Which, when it comes to what are effectively plain errors, isn't much of an argument, I'd say.

That said, the whole 'round trip' thing is essentially still a work in progress (I hope), and you still have to be very careful about only attempting it between 'compatible' releases of both products.

Davinci Resolve does not do for audio anything like as much as Audition can...

HI, I have the same problem and it's driving me nuts, too.

I'm guessing it has to do with the update to Premiere that allows volume increases in clips but since I didn't do that in Premiere to any of the clips I sent to Audition, it's adding them all by itself.

Any ideas Adobe people since it's not just one person, and I suspect that it's more than just us two.
