Export Grayed out / Unable to export

I'm currently using Audition 14.

I've tried reinstalling Audition and it still is grayed out.

Looks correct to me - 'Multitrack Mixdown' isn't greyed out at all, and you're definitely in Multitrack. One thing that might make a difference though is that you still have the track that presumably you are trying to export as Record-enabled. I'd definitely lose that before trying. The hardware settings don't matter - all you need to make sure of is that you are feeding tracks to the master output. Anything not routed to it (or muted) won't be exported. The items at the top of the list don't apply in Multitrack - they are Waveform export options.
