Export in New Audition renders only some sort of digital noise on track with no sound

Hi

I hope that somebody can help me out.

I have recently upgraded the new CC Audition, and working on a project 5.1

With the previous version I have successfully exported the project master in 5.1 and stereo, but with the new one when I try to export individual tracks I just got files with some sort of scattered digital noise without any content....

I am using Export -> Multitrack Mix Down

I have tried to change settings, type of files, send them to external encoder, send them to premiere and then open them from there but it is always the same.

I am a bit of desperate - can someone please help?
