Export multi-track mixed files as .wav or .mp3

It should be intuitive, but having mixed a new file with church organ and six separate voices, I want to export it as a.wav or .mp3 file to use as bakground to a powerpoint slideshow, but I can't find how to do it. I suspect it is in 'export' but some of the options are greyed our.

You haven't really told us what stage you've got to with this. When you say 'having mixed' does this mean it's still in Multitrack and not mixed down to a single file? Or is it mixed down and sitting in Waveform view?

The former... still separate rows of recordings cut and mixed and balanced, but still in that state, if that makes sense
