Export synced video and audio edit from Audition to Premiere

I want to create an identical video version of a podcast which is currently edited in Audition.

Is there any way or workflow where the audio multitrack could be edited first in Audition - i.e. to edit out sections of conversation and pauses / stumbles, change the order of clips etc and then export / dynamic link that edit INCLUDING the video that corresponds to each audio track to Premiere?

Then that would be handed over to a video editor who would be able to do the video edit afterwards.

I appreciate this is a pretty unusual workflow, normally audio comes after video, but is it possible?
