Exporting error (Code 0000000B)

All of the imported files are WAV format and I had exported it before a couple of times in MP3. Then I get back and fix some part of the work it turns out I cannot export them at all. Picture attach below. Do you have a solution for this?

Do you have any non-native VST effects running? This is a common cause of this error.
