External Controllers

Hello all, I have two questions. I'm relatively new to the DAW/Adobe Audition software and was wondering if there was a way to connect my either my SP404SX or my Maschine MK2 and use them as a controller to better trigger my samples? Also if these two samplers wouldn't work is there any specific sampler/keyboard that works with Adobe Audition?
