I am trying to create "Favorites" and write to it from whom I need to allocate in order to cut off all the songs in 25 seconds (Selection/View) from now on. But the program does not record the changes, how to fix it?

Audition isn't really the best tool for doing this and, as you have found, is not easy to automate to do file trimming. As your files are all .mp3 you would be better off usinga dedicated .mp3 app such as https://www.mymusictools.com/splitter_joiner_24/easy_mp3_cutter_26322.htm . Audition will have to decode and then re-encode your audio in order to do what you want which will loose audio quality. The above app and other similar ones work directly on the .mp3 file without decoding.

I have 4,000 mp3 songs, I need to cut all these songs from the beginning of 25 seconds, everything that needs to be removed beyond 25 seconds. How can I do it ?
