Favourites Empty, Custom Effects Rack empty, Corrupt file

Yesterday I recorded some audio in a single track session. Mastered the audio, and then saved as a wav file. The file is around 900MB.

Today I find the same wav file has a completely empty waveform and no sound, and my Favourites menu is empty as is the Effects Rack presets.

Is there something I can do to recover the audio file, and all of my custom settings?

I'm on version 23.5.
