Feature request: switch panel shortcut

I noticed a potentially useful shortcut in Premiere Pro that I thought would be very useful in Audition: a keyboard shortcut to switch panels within the program (ie: Multitrack Mode--switch from "Selection/View" panel back to "Editor" panel). In Premiere Pro you can do this by hitting CTRL+SHIFT+PERIOD or COMMA, but there doesn't seem to be a corresponding shortcut in Audition. If this already exists please let me know, my apologies if this subject has already been covered.

The first three entries under the View menu.  I assume this is what you mean?

No it isn't. I'm talking about the Blue rectangle which is around whatever panel is selected:

Again, if you have Premiere Pro start it, open a project, then hit CTRL+SHIFT+PERIOD or COMMA and watch the panel selection (or focus) switch clockwise or counter-clockwise. This is what Audition should have as well.

I see the blue rectangle you picture but I don't have Premiere Pro so can't see what you see, sorry.

However, is the simple pressing of the shortcut keys shown in my screenshot, the 8, 9 and 0, not even "easier" than clicking on that rectangle?
