Question

First time recording in my mac right from my analogue mixer. Got lots of messed "t"s

Hi guys!. I'm having this problem: Recorded for the first time my audio from my analog mixer into my computer using audition using a USB soundcard. I did this because my digital recorder died. I had to turn the levels all the way down in my mixer because it recorded everything very loud.

I got a really good sound but now I have a lot of "pops?" in m "t"s. A lot of them. I put a picture of the problem. Is there a way I can fix it in adobe? Maybe I have to configure it right before recording right into adobe?

Any insights?

So what input were you using on the soundcard? Can you give us more details of the equipment? It sounds as though you've got the line output of a mixer feeding the mic input on the soundcard, and if that's the case then problems are almost inevitable.
