Get back project with "In Folder Session"

Question

SO I accedentally closed my project and I am searching to get it back. I have had Auto Save on and now I am trying to get the project back. However there is no path or something like that. I have had the Option "In Folder Session" but even dont know what this is. Can anybody help me to get my project back with "In Folder Session"? I urgely need it.

The message you got was actually 'In Session Folder' and that's where you have to look for the last saved session - in the folder you specified when you started it. But the normal way to get a session back is to open Audition,  and go to File>Open Recent. Your session should be at the top of the list.
