Graphics are Lagging but Audio is fine,

My graphic UI display for Audition is lagging on playback but the audio sounds just fine.

 

This just starting happening out of the blue--I don't have any FX running or anything CPU demanding at all, it's just a single track. I have a 2019 Macbook pro decked out with the best Apple could fit it with (i9, 32G RAM, etc.)

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had the Spectrum Analyzer opened and tucked away in another part of the UI. It was hogging up my CPU and causing the playhead to stutter.

Check to see if there's an updated video driver.

Thanks for the suggestion Steve! I'm running a Macbook Pro on Catalina OS, not windows though. So any update to the graphics requires an upgrade to the latest OS which I can't afford (plugin incompatabilities).
