Green video preview in audition

Question

Hello,my video preview in audition is only showing me a green screen. I tried using diffrent videos to see if it works but its always the same problem. Videos work fine in after effects and premier, but not audition.this problem is so bad because I use this preview to sync recording voice overs.anyone knows how this problem is solved? Or how to contact adobe?

Thank you for reaching out. Please share your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU and RAM) and the details of the video you are importing (Frame size and Format/Codec). You can try changing the video resolution from Full to 1/2 or 1/4 in Preferences > Video and check if that helps.
