Has anyone had any luck using Murf AI with Audition?

I recently purchased Murf AI to use with Audition for training videos as it claims to "integrate seamlessly" with Audition. This has not been the case AT ALL, and their customer service is.. not really cutting it. 

Has anyone used these two products together, or is there a recommendation on a product that works within Audition?
