I have been facing this bubbly sound while recording and play back. Appreciate if any one can help me for same.

You haven't exactly told us anything about what you are doing here, have you? My only clue is that you've tagged the post with Noise reduction, and if that's what is causing it, it means you've overdone it. But NR is complicated to get right - there's a pretty comprehensive thread about it here.
