Having issue of low loudness level in adobe audition

I'm using my boat company's USB headphones, I'm having issues with low loudness while recording my audio, I tried changing settings in audio hardware. I changed master clock options from: out Speakers ( High definition audio device) to

In: Microphone (High definition Audio device). I even tried changing Latency options but nothing worked..

Can anyone help me out
