Help!! Audition is Insane!

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud account and attempted to install the Desktop software onto my Macbook Pro. It installed, but every time I try to open it, it doesn't let me get past the log in prompt to log in to my Creative Cloud account. 

 

What should I do, or what can be done, to fix this??

It's an installation issue, potentially involving a subscription, and we can't deal with those I'm afraid - no access to any information (which is exactly as it should be...) You need to contact Adobe support directly to resolve this.
