hello.

I want mixer that theme with a video: Genesis - Boxing Legends of the Ring Intro - YouTube

Evidently is an easy to identify sound as one produced by 16-bit synthesizers. Is it possible to change it and apply a more contemporary and modern effect so that the listener does not realize that it is "video game music"?

somebody have any idea?

Not with any effect within Audition 3. But why would you want to anyway? If you want modern sounds that sound like that tune you need to go back to a suitable MIDI DAW and record the various parts from a keyboard.
