Help! Trying to eliminate noise mingled with music (can't capture isolated noise print)
I have a track with light noise intermingled with the piano and vocals (from a microphone rubbing on something, I think?). Unfortunately, I can't have it redone, but have been trying to eliminate the noise in Audition.
Normally, I'd capture the noise print and voila, but I don't have an isolated part with the noise alone. It's always mingled with the instruments, so I'd be eliminating the music along with it.
I'd love any suggestions on how to best get rid of this sound while preserving the music. To give you a precise idea, I clipped out a teensy bit of the track so you can hear the noise mixed in with the piano. You can hear my sample snippet online here:
