I just got the new ado

be audition and am looking for help in formatting my wav files to a/mu-law  I see two different law wav formats

I am using 8000 16 bit mono a/mu-law.wav

    That is correct. I don't think that there is such a format as a/mu-law it is either one or the other. They are both a form of ITU-T G.711. So maybe the requirement from your employer is for either of them.
