I want to know how to copy one presset from one computer to another ?

There is no elegant way to do this right now. You can search and copy the xml file from computer to computer.

 

Another way is to save the preset in an effect inside a multitrack session. Then open that multitrack on the new computer, find the effect preset and save it as a preset there.

I can only tell you about where they are on the PC version - On Macs. the path is different.

 

The file with the effects presets in is here:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\11.0\EffectPresets.xml

If you look inside it, you should be able to locate the bit of code relating to your preset. Copy that and paste it into the same section of the same file in the second machine.

 

Well that's the theory... Personally I'd just recreate the preset - generally not that difficult.
