High DPI Compatibility Issues

When running Audition on a UHD/2160p display Windows set to 150% upscaling, the playhead width changes as it moves.  Wide, narrow, wide, narrow, etc.  It's annoying.  Turning off hardware acceleration in Audition's settings solved the problem but makes the playhead so narrow it's almost invisible.

The only thing that fxes this is to change Hi DPI Scaling Override to System(Enhanced) in the Compatibility section of Audition's shortcut, but that makes many of the program elements too small.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
