Horrible Sound - Is a fix even possible?

Hi Everyone!

I have an interview which got messed up because of the location and fidgeting with the mic, which caused the sound to end up like this:


The client is insisting on needing this speaker, but with how horrible the sound is, I have next to no hope.

Is there even any remote possibility that this can be fixed?
