How can I change the user's language from English to Russian?

I installed Adobe Audition CC 2018 through the Creative Cloud

in the "Settings" settings, the language is Russian.

The program is installed in English. Help me change the language

Могу помочь, собственно.
Для начало небольшой экскурс по программе, сама программа не поддерживает русский язык.
В ней по просту нету русского перевода.
Для того чтобы перевести на русский язык вам потребуется скачать переделанную под русскую версию ПО.

https://audition.download-windows.org есть почти все версии и под все ОС.

I believe that the only simple way to do this is to uninstall and reinstall Audition using the correct language setting; I'm not aware that you can change this after the event, although if anybody knows any differently, feel free to chime in...
