Hello everyone! I am editing a audio to make it sound like inside a capsule. Is there any effect or EQ adjustment I can make to sound like this? Example of video Thank you

What you are hearing is the sound of a perfectly dry acoustic - nothing coming back from the surrounding surfaces. The only way to achieve this is to remove those sorts of sounds at source - so you have to record in a space which has the surfaces in it treated so they don't reflect sound. There is no effect or EQ setting that can achieve this, I'm afraid.
