How do I change the arrow cursor?

Question

I just switched from audition 24 to audition 25.  Instead of a small white arrow, my pointer arrow is large, black, and attached to the 4-point move tool. It doesn't give me the same precision. It changes only when I hold down the ctrl key. How do I get it to stay a small white arrow?
