Are you asking about gaps that have been created in a Multitrack track whilst editing? If so at the moment there isn't any way of Ripple Deleting all the gaps at once in a track. So maybe a Feature Request is in order.

Otherwise if you are asking about getting rid of gaps in a file whilst editing in the Waveform view you need the Delete Silence feature. Open the Diagnostics window and use Delete Silence. You may have to tweak the settings somewhat depending on what the Gaps in your audio actually contain in the way of background or noise.
