How do I get my basic settings on Audition back?

Somehow, I managed to close a couple of panels that I needed for editing audio in Audition, and now I don't know how to change the settings in order to get the homescreen that I want to use for Audition. The first photo is what I have now, the second is what I want. Can somebody explain to me how to fix this?

    Assuming that you can still see the menus above the top of your screengrab, then you need to go to Window>Workspace>Default. If you can't see them at all, then you have broken Audition in a way that I didn't realise was possible!

    I tried: new multitrack session --> template already, but it didn't change anything.
