How do I match LOOP Sample tempos?

Hi,

I like to create with Loop samples.  

Let's say I import a drum loop that is 126 BPM to start with.

Then I want to import a SYNTH sample that is at 120 BPM. 

Assume I want to keep the song at 126.

How do I set the SYNTH at 120 to be exactly 126 BPM?

Is there an easy process?    I've worked in CUBASE before and it has a very user friendly function for this 'beat matching' process.
