How do I remove dog barking in Adobe Audition CC

A dog is barking right at critical moment of my interview for several times.

I've tried the spectrum tricks, which I am not good at, and it didn't work.

Any verified tips I can use as a beginner?

It's unlikely there will be a way to salvage your recording.

however if you wish, post a sample for us to look at.
