Recently upgraded to CC. When I open a previously saved multitrack, alter it with new material and then save the multitrack in a different file (same hard drive) it's now saving another copy of all the files used in this multitrack again - within this new folder, rather than simply reference them from their original locations?
At this rate, I'm going to run out of space with all the duplication of files in no time?

You should get a message when you go to save with several (5) options in it - one of them is to save copies of all of the files in a session within the new session folder, and that's almost certainly what's happening here. If you don't get that notice, it may well be because you've cancelled any more appearances of that notice - it's an option on it. Fortunately, if you go to Edit>Preferences>General and look at the bottom of the tab, you'll see a ringed option saying 'Reset All Working Dialogs', and clicking on this will bring it back again. It's then relatively easy just to save the session file without altering anything else about your file structure.
