How to display playback controls in Editor panel?

Hello,
in Waveform Editor in "Default" Workspace of Audition, there is an "Editor" panel with playback controls along the bottom side of the panel (Stop, Play, Pause, Record, Loop…).

I use Editor panel in my own Workspace, but the controls are missing here. I am trying to find how to display them, but no succeess. Can you help, please?
