Question

How to get effects present in the history "tab" copied into the effects rack in audition 2024

Hey there everyone!

I am currently editing an interview and added some effects to the audio to remove noise and level the sound. I imported the audio from premiere to audition so the interview files have already been cut up and I have multiple clips from each file (which is probably the first mistake I made... oops)

I looked online on how to copy and paste effects to other clips and every solution says to use the effects rack. However, I cannot find any information on how to copy the effects already applied and shown in the history panel to the effects rack. I have tried to go to the edit tab and copy them, I tried to drag them to the effects rack, I tried to ctrl+c/ctrl+v the effects and for some reason, nothing seems to be working.

The two questions I have for you all are
1. Is this occuring because it was imported from premiere and its in multiple clips

2. How the heck do I copy effects from the history to the effects rack

I attached a screenshot for reference. Any advice would be very helpful.

Program Info:
Using Adobe Audition 24.0.3.3

Thank you!!!!
