How to get rid of extreme clicks and noise? Youtube tutorials didn't help.

Hey everyone. 

I watched many tutorials on Youtube explaining how to erase noise and clicks in your recording. 

However, these noises are so extreme that the shown methods didn't work. I guess the mic cable was broken and someone constantly touched it.

I wasn't able to erase the clicks completely, just to turn it down a little bit but it was still very present.

Can you help me out here? I simply have no idea what I could do to make the best out of it.
