How to insert extra blank in a recording session

Hi everybody.

Using Diagnosis it's possible to find silence of a certain duration and reduce it or delete it. I need the opposite: to find a short silence and increaae the duration, for example from 80ms to 200ms. The global duration is 3 hours, so I can't to do this manually for thousands times. Any of you can suggest me something? Maybe a plugin?
