hi,

How can to this process workflow with Adobe audition : ?

I have the files :

- mycd.wav

- mycd.cue

which i create from my own audio CD.

i wish to maximize the volume of EACH TRACK by detectinf the high peak volume point from each track (and not from the whole wave file).

how can i perform this workflow with Audition ?

Best Regards,

Mike.

Did these files originate in Audition with markers of the Waveform view? In order to treat each track separately you need to have the .cue file imported into Audition with the .wav file open in Waveform view so that all the tracks show up with markers. If they are not already those markers will need to be changed to Regions ie. a Cue with a start and end. Then you can select each Region individually and apply Normalisation just to that Region.
