Question

How to move all tracks from one session to the other

I was editing with premiere, then opened that project with audition, created new tracks, and edited the audio. Then I kept editing the video on premiere, and created an audition session from that project. Now i want to move all the new tracks and edited audio from the old audition session to the new one. How should I go about doing that?

You can copy audio from an old multitrack session to a new multitrack session by hitting Cmd/Ctrl & A in the old session to select all. Next you'd hit Cmd/Ctrl & C to copy all audio clips. Then switch to the new session and hit Cmd/Ctrl & V to paste them all in the new session.

The clips will retain edits and time information but you'll lose any track automations and effects from each track's effect rack.

You could get round this by saving each track effects rack as a preset and then recalling it in the new multitrack session.

Possibly this third party app might help. https://www.aatranslator.com.au/sesx2sesx.html

@Ryclark That is probably the best way to do it

The OP might want to contact me to get the latest version -I'm a bit slack with uploading the latest version to the Adobe site
