how to reduce this kind of noise in my file

Use only Noise Reduction (Process). Make at least three passes, not taking too much noise off on each pass. Also, set the FFT size much higher than the default setting - do at least one pass with it set to 16384. If you do all of  this, you will end up with far fewer bubbly noises underneath the audio. Also, be prepared to experiment with the settings, especially the position of the blue line on the graphic display - you will hear the effects of this quite well if you preview the settings. You can add points to it, and alter the slope of it, and this can make a significant difference to the results.
