How to remove a Skype echo in audio

During a skype interview, the other party didn't use headphones and did use the mic built in on their computer - which means every time someone spoke on our end, we could hear it echoed on their end as well as the original.

Is there a way to edit this out of the audio the way you can edit the room 'echo' out of audio? This is for an event next week, so we really want to clean it up if possible.
